| ABC Board
The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC Board) is an independent body comprised of seven members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council of the District of Columbia. The ABC Board decides all licensure matters, including the issuance, renewal, suspension or revocation of ABRA licenses in the District.
The Board holds hearings and adjudicates licensure issues brought before them, including these types of cases:
- Summary Suspension
- Protest
- Show Cause
- Fact-Finding
The Board also oversees voluntary/cooperative agreements, licenses in safekeeping, and suspensions and revocations. Click on the links below to search these categories online.
